Assessment and written scope
We assess the property and give you a written scope and price. The deposit is applied to your final invoice.
What the form asks for
Only what we need to assess and schedule the work: your contact details and relationship to the property, the address and property type, the general kind of incident and how many areas are affected, whether authorities still control access, any known hazards, timing and access restrictions. Please don't include graphic details or photographs. You don't need to tell us anything about the person involved beyond what you are comfortable sharing.

Questions about ordering online
Why is there a deposit?
Online orders come from people we may not have spoken with yet. The deposit secures the request while we review it, and it is applied to your final invoice. If you would rather not pay anything until after we talk, call us instead.
Is $2,000 the price of the job?
No. It is an initial deposit. The final price comes from the written scope after the assessment and may be more or less. How pricing works explains the factors.
Will you start within 24 hours of my payment?
Not necessarily. Paying the deposit does not guarantee a start time. We will tell you honestly when we can come, which depends on our schedule, the distance, release of the property and safe access.
Can insurance reimburse the deposit?
That depends on your policy and your insurer. We provide documentation you can submit. Questions to ask your insurer.
I don't own the property. Can I still order?
Only if you are authorized to arrange work there, for example as a property manager, executor or a family member acting with the owner's permission. The form asks about this, and we may ask for written authorization.
