Privacy policy

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy replaces the version dated September 24, 2026.

Who we are

This policy explains how Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Disposals ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information through this website (nashville247biohazarddisposals.com), by phone and email, through online service requests and deposits, and when we provide cleanup services in Middle Tennessee. You can reach us at (615) 513-5112 or bentsharp9720@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, email, submit the online service request form or pay a deposit, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and times, the service address, your relationship to the property and your authority to arrange work, property type, general details about the incident and the areas affected, access and scheduling information, and insurance or claim information you choose to share. We ask only for what we need to assess and schedule the work. We do not ask you to describe a death or injury in detail, and we ask you not to send photographs of a scene through the website.

Payment information. Online deposits are processed by a third-party payment processor through Squarespace's checkout. Card details go directly to that processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its host (Squarespace) collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from others. Property managers, landlords, executors, insurance adjusters, funeral homes or family members may give us your contact details and information about a property so that we can help.

Job records. When we work at a property we take before, during and after photographs and keep records of the work and of waste disposal.

How we use it

  • To respond to you, assess your request and decide whether we can accept it.
  • To schedule, perform and document the work, including job photos.
  • To process deposits and invoices.
  • To communicate with insurers, property owners, managers or executors when you ask us to or when they arranged the work.
  • To keep business, tax, legal and waste-disposal records.
  • To run, secure and improve this website.

We never use details of an incident, or photographs from a job, in advertising or marketing.

When we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

  • with the insurer, property owner, manager or other party involved in the job, as needed and as you direct;
  • with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Squarespace), payment processors, email and phone providers, and companies that transport and dispose of regulated waste, each only for that purpose;
  • when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect someone's safety; and
  • as part of a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.

Online forms and deposits

The service request form on our Order Online page is provided by Squarespace. Submissions are stored in our Squarespace account and sent to us by email. If you pay a deposit, the payment processor handles your card information under its own privacy policy. We use what you submit only to review and respond to your request and to provide the service.

Cookies and analytics

Squarespace sets cookies that are necessary for the site to work and may collect visitor statistics for us. If we add an analytics service, it would be used to understand which pages are useful and whether people can reach us easily, for example how often the phone link is tapped. We do not send incident details or form contents to analytics tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features such as checkout may not.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information as long as needed for the job and for related insurance claims, tax and accounting, waste-disposal records, legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including limiting who can access job records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of any non-essential messages. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it or where they relate to an open claim or dispute.

Children

Our services are arranged by adults. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
