About us

We are a Nashville-based biohazard cleanup company. We help families, property owners and businesses across Middle Tennessee recover a space after a death, crime or injury, carefully and without fuss.

What we do

Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Disposals cleans up after the worst days people have: deaths that were not discovered right away, deaths by suicide, homicides and assaults, serious injuries, and other events that leave blood or bodily fluids behind. We remove contaminated materials, clean and disinfect what can be kept, deal with the source of odors, and document the work.

Our work starts after emergency services leave. Police, firefighters and the medical examiner do not clean a property; once they release it, the job of making it safe falls to the family or the owner. That is where we come in.

How we work

We work from Nashville and travel to homes, rentals and businesses in 15 Middle Tennessee counties. There are no branch offices or franchise locations; the people you speak with on the phone are the people who arrange and carry out the job.

  • We explain before we start. After an assessment you get a written scope listing what will be removed, cleaned and disinfected, and the factors that set the price.
  • We are discreet. We don't discuss your situation with neighbors, and we don't use details or photos from your job in advertising.
  • We document. You receive photos, the scope and an itemized invoice that you can share with an insurer, landlord or executor.
  • We are honest about limits. If something can't be saved, or a job needs a contractor for repairs afterward, we tell you plainly.

Who we help

Most calls come from families and next of kin, often from out of town. We also work with landlords and property managers, apartment communities, executors and estate administrators, business owners, hotels and short-term rental hosts, and the owners of vehicles. Funeral homes, attorneys, insurance professionals and restoration companies sometimes refer people to us; we are glad to talk with them about how we work.

What we don't claim

You will not find star ratings, award badges or promises of arrival times on this site. We would rather tell you what we actually do and let you ask us anything. If you want to know about our training, insurance, how we handle waste disposal, or anything else before hiring us, call and ask. A reputable company should answer those questions directly, and our guide to questions worth asking applies to us too.
