Terms of service
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms replace the version dated September 24, 2026.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Nashville 24/7 Biohazard Disposals ("we", "us"). If you sign a job-specific work authorization, estimate or service agreement, that document controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes. Its content belongs to us. Information on the site is general and is not legal, medical, insurance or other professional advice. Statements about scheduling describe how we work, not a promise of a particular arrival or start time.
Requesting service
You can request service by phone, email or through the Order Online page. By requesting service, you confirm that you own the property or are otherwise authorized to arrange work there, and that the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may ask for a signed work authorization. We begin work only after police, the medical examiner or other authorities have released the property and it is safe to enter. Every request is subject to our review and acceptance.
Online orders and the $2,000 initial deposit
Online service requests require an initial deposit of $2,000. Online deposit payment is not live yet; until it is, we arrange the deposit with you directly and securely after reviewing your request.
- The deposit is an initial payment toward the requested service. It is not the total price.
- The final price is based on the actual scope of work and the written agreement for your job, and may be more or less than the deposit. The deposit is applied to your final invoice.
- Paying the deposit does not guarantee that work will begin within 24 hours. Scheduling depends on our availability, the assessment, release of the property, safe access and other operational requirements.
- Submitting a request and paying the deposit does not by itself create an obligation for us to perform the work. We confirm whether we accept the engagement after reviewing your request.
- Refunds and cancellations of deposits: these terms have not been published yet. They will be published here and shown on the Order Online page before any deposit is taken.
Estimates and changes in scope
After an assessment we provide a written scope and price. Contamination is sometimes hidden, for example under flooring or inside walls, and may only be found once work begins. If we find more than expected, we will tell you before doing additional billable work whenever that is practical.
Pricing, payment and insurance
Each job is priced individually. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment of the balance is due when the work is complete. We can provide documentation you can submit to your insurer. You remain responsible for payment, including any deductible, any amount the insurer does not pay, and any work outside the covered scope. Late payment may incur fees and collection costs to the extent Tennessee law permits.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property and to tell us about known hazards such as weapons, needles, aggressive animals, structural problems or utilities being off. We may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe.
Removal and disposal of materials
Contaminated materials that cannot be safely cleaned are removed and packaged for disposal in line with applicable Tennessee and federal requirements. Please tell us before work starts about any items you want us to try to save, such as photographs, documents, jewelry or keepsakes. Once regulated waste has been removed, it cannot be returned.
Results
We work to remove contamination and its sources and to leave treated areas cleaned and disinfected. We cannot promise that every stain or odor will be completely removed, or that materials will look as they did before. Repairs and rebuilding, such as replacing drywall, flooring or fixtures, are not included unless stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Tennessee law that cannot be waived.
Website provided as is
The website is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your arranging work at a property you were not authorized to arrange.
Cancellation
For jobs arranged without an online deposit, you may cancel a scheduled job at no charge before our crew is dispatched. After dispatch, you will be charged for work performed, materials used, mobilization and disposal. This section does not set refund terms for online deposits; those have not been published yet (see the deposit section above).
Confidentiality
We are discreet at every property. We do not use details or photographs of your job in advertising.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Before starting any legal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve a dispute informally by contacting the other. Any proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Terms in effect when you request a service apply to that job.
